- You may also self-ship the product to our warehouse to avoid this fee. In that case, 100% of the sale amount will be refunded.

- In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

- You may choose store credit of the full amount instead of a refund.
